Our Returns Policy

This applies to items purchased from Maclaren Europe Ltd. The returns policy is such that if you return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item. We will replace the item or offer a refund if the goods are faulty. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Faulty or Damaged Products?

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact Maclaren Customer Services on 01327 841320 or email faultyproducts@maclarenbaby.co.uk for your return instructions. Product return costs will be paid by Maclaren.

Changed Your Mind?

You can return any unwanted products, within 15 days of receipt, for either a product refund (excluding shipping charge) or replacement product, provided that they are unopened and the product is unused. You can cancel your placed order at anytime before it has been dispatched. Please contact Maclaren Sales on 01327 841310 or email sales@maclarenbaby.co.uk for your return instructions. Please note that products should be returned at the customer’s own cost.

Refund Payment Credits

Please note, all refunds will be made to the original payment card used to purchase the products. We will process payments as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days.
